Under the musical direction of percussionist Bandolero, Café Berlín presents a Jam specially created for the club’s traditional FLAMENCO WEDNESDAYS, an evening that has become essential for Madrid fans.

Club Flamenco is an intense and intimate experience. This special show sees the supremely talented Karime Amaya take to the stage, accompanied by an exceptional cast, made up of some of the most active musicians on the national scene.

Karime Amaya was born in Mexico in 1985 and is the grand-niece of the most great and honoured flamenco dancer in history, Carmen Amaya. She made her debut at the age of 9 in the company of her parents, the dancer Mercedes Amaya La Winy and the guitarist Santiago Aguilar, in which she started her career at the young age of 12. She has participated in four editions of the prestigious Flamenco International Festival of Albuquerque in New Mexico. Karime has performed and toured with the most famous Flamenco dance companies the world has to offer.

Performing with Karime is one of Spain’s most celebrated flamenco guitarists, Joni Jimenez, as well as dancer Daniel Caballero, vocalists Eleazar Cerreduela and Juan Motos, and The Sparks keeping the beat on percussion.

Whilst not considered 'jazz' in it's true sense, this wonderful performance from Madrid is one that we simply could not resist! Watch and you will see why!

Club Flamenco es una experiencia intensa e íntima. Este espectáculo especial sube al escenario a la talentosa Karime Amaya, acompañada de un elenco excepcional, compuesto por algunos de los músicos más activos del panorama nacional.

Karime Amaya nació en México en 1985 y es sobrina nieta de la más grande y laureada bailaora de flamenco de la historia, Karime Amaya. Debutó a los 9 años en compañía de sus padres, la bailarina Mercedes Amaya La Winy y el guitarrista Santiago Aguilar, en la que inició su carrera a los 12 años. Ha participado en cuatro ediciones del prestigioso Festival Internacional Flamenco de Albuquerque en Nuevo México. Karime ha actuado y realizado giras con las compañías de baile flamenco más famosas del mundo.

クラブ・フラメンコは非常に濃密で親密な体験です。このショーのために、最高の才能を持つカリメ・アマヤが、国内でも人気の高いミュージシャンたちによって構成された素晴らしい出演者とともにステージに立つ。

カリメ・アマヤは1985年にメキシコで生まれ、フラメンコの歴史上最も偉大で名誉あるダンサー、カルメン・アマヤの孫にあたる。9歳のとき、両親である舞踊家メルセデス・アマヤ・ラ・ウィニーとギタリストのサンティアゴ・アギラールのもとでデビューし、12歳の若さでキャリアをスタートさせた。ニューメキシコ州アルバカーキの権威あるフラメンコ国際フェスティバルに4回参加。カリメは世界で最も有名なフラメンコ舞踊団と共演し、ツアーを行っている。

カリメと共演するのは、スペインで最も有名なフラメンコギタリストの一人、ジョニ・ヒメネス、ダンサーのダニエル・カバジェロ、ボーカルのエレアサル・セレドゥエラ、フアン・モトス、パーカッションのザ・スパークス。
