John Shannon is a guitarist, songwriter, producer, arranger, jazz club owner, and American Mystic. He grew up in Pittsburgh PA under the tutelage of local jazz greats Dwayne Dolphin and Eric Kloss while also studying modern harmony with local pipe organist Mike Ross before going onto Berklee College of Music to earn his Bachelor’s in Music Performance studying there with the likes of Mick Goodrick, Wayne Krantz and Hal Crook.
