Adam Miller: "If you’re looking to become a musician you need to love it more than anything"

We talked to the talented guitarist Adam Miller about his music, his current projects and of course, about Oh! Jazz.

Adam Miller is a versatile musician whose passion for creating instrumental guitar music has remained constant throughout his career spanning over 20 years. Starting as a solo guitar virtuoso, he has ventured into session playing, producing, mix & master engineering, and even university education.

Miller's dedication to his craft has taken him on tours around the world, performing in various countries including the USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Denmark, The Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Japan, Australia, and Afghanistan for the Australian and Allied Forces.

He has shared the stage with renowned artists like Les Paul, Tommy Emmanuel, and Tony McManus, among others. With his own signature model guitar and recognition from guitar and music press globally, Miller continues to captivate audiences with his talent. Additionally, he has performed at prestigious festivals and events, received accolades from magazines, and released multiple albums.

Currently, his 8th solo album, "Beyond Reason," is available on SideHustle Records, a label owned by guitarist Charlie Hunter, whom Miller greatly admires. The album showcases Miller's diverse range, incorporating elements of blues, jazz, funk, rock, folk, and country, with Miller displaying his mastery on various types of guitars.
