Jazz: Global Stage is a first-of-its-kind concert series, bringing world-class jazz performances from around the world to the big screen in Cineplex theatres across Canada starting March 10th. Featuring exclusive performances from internationally acclaimed jazz artists, this five-night event series offers an immersive and captivating experience that transports audiences to discover today’s jazz and the rich variety of cultural influences and rhythms from the world’s most iconic jazz venues Sala Villanos in Madrid, Spain, Foundry 616 in Sydney and JazzLab in Melbourne, Australia.
Starting March 10, 2025, select Cineplex VIP Cinemas will screen electrifying performances recorded live from renowned jazz clubs across five continents. Each evening begins with a wine & cheese reception, making it the ultimate night out for jazz lovers and culture enthusiasts.

April 14 – James Morrison Sextet ft. Mat Jodrell and Carl Mackey (Foundry 616, Sydney, Australia) – A high-energy exploration of Modern Jazz by legendary multi-instrumentalist James Morrison

An ode to Spain’s rich jazz heritage, this month showcases the country’s most renowned instrumentalists including:
